What we collect

Account information you provide (email, name), files you upload for processing, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).

What we do with your files

Files are stored encrypted at rest in S3-compatible object storage and processed in isolated workers. Both inputs and outputs are auto-deleted within one hour of processing (or 7 days on Pro+ plans, configurable to less).

What we never do

• We never train AI models on your files.
• We never sell your data, ever.
• We never share files with third parties except sub-processors strictly needed to deliver the service.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
